No cancelations or returns on special orders, custom sizes (Cal king or twin xl) adjustable bases, platforms, pillows, protectors, and sheets. No refunds on used or out of package products.

120 day in home trial is good for one mattress exchange only. Discounts, price match, or sale prices are not applicable on comfort exchanges. No money will be refunded. By law, we cannot exchange stains/soiling, blemishes, odors, bed bug infestations, or missing law label. Redelivery fee of any exchanges is $99 in our local delivery area. Contact your local store with any questions.
