What if I choose the wrong mattress?

We understand this is an important decision. That’s why we offer a 120-day in-home comfort trial (subject to approval). This policy allows for one mattress exchange only—no refunds will be issued. Please note: sale prices, discounts, and price matches do not apply to comfort exchanges.

Can I return my mattress?

We do not accept returns after delivery. However, our comfort exchange policy may be available. Special orders and custom sizes (such as California King or Twin XL) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Are accessories returnable?

All accessories—including adjustable bases, sheets, pillows, and protectors—are final sale and cannot be returned.

How does the comfort exchange work?

If your mattress isn’t the right fit, visit us in-store to re-shop. You’ll receive a credit equal to the original mattress price. A $99 redelivery fee applies within our local delivery area.

To qualify, the mattress must be inlike-new conditionwith no stains, odors, blemishes, or signs of bed bugs. The law tag must also be attached.

Do you offer price matching or adjust prices after purchase?

Comfort exchanges are not eligible for sale prices, discounts, or price matching. For the best promotions, please ask in-store at the time of your original purchase.

What if I have an issue with my mattress or delivery?

Please contact your local Mattress Company store directly. Our knowledgeable team will be happy to assist with any questions, concerns, or warranty-related issues.

Do you deliver and set up mattresses?

Yes! We provide local delivery and setup. A redelivery fee may apply for exchanges or follow-up deliveries. Contact your local store for availability and service area details.
